Toronto Vasectomy Clinics

Booking an Appointment

We are currently booking consultations and procedures for October, November and December 2019.

Booking options

Consultation, followed by Vasectomy at a LATER DATE.

Consultation and Vasectomy on the SAME DAY.

Initial appointments are usually made for a consultation only.

However, if you prefer the convenience of having both your consultation and procedure on the SAME DAY, please download the screening form, return it to us completed by fax, and contact the office to inform us of your request. You will be screened to determine if you are a candidate for a Same Day Consultation and Vasectomy.

Please note that you will not be offered the same day option unless the Physicians approve your screening form. If you are not approved for the same day option, you will still be able to come in for a Consultation. Your Vasectomy can then be arranged for a later date.

While we recognize the convenience of a single trip to the clinic, we strongly recommend that your first visit be a consultation only. This will allow you to learn about the procedure, ask questions, and have the time to consider what you have learned before making the decision to proceed with vasectomy.

To book your No Needle, No Scalpel vasectomy appointment, please have your physician fax a referral to 647 436-7754.  Once your physician's referral has been received, you will be contacted for a Consultation appointment.

If you do not have a physician to refer you to the Toronto Vasectomy Clinic, please contact us.

If you want to inquire about the SAME DAY option, please email us for a screening form, or download it here. You will need to complete the form and return it to us by fax if you want this option, whether or not you have a physician's referral.

Sending confidential health information by email is not secure and is not recommended.

Please remember to bring your up to date health card, as your consultation, procedure, and follow up appointments are fully covered by OHIP.

Please also bring a list of your current medications.
